Project Description

Act as the primary architect to run AS-IS interviews and leading practice workshops for the requirement definition phase with key stakeholders from business. Consult and support various businesses areas. Compile the business concept for a global MDM solution. Map the enterprise data governance and master lifecycle management business requirements to the technologies
of SAP´s EIM product suite and finalizing SAP MDG as the primary platform to implement the global MDM processes. Act as the trusted advisor to key client stakeholders to maximize returns on the SAP investments. Document the process design documents, GAPS and functional specification documents as part of the blue print design. Create project plans, delivery schedules and track delivery timeline for the entire MDM (SAP MDG) track and allocating the deliverables to all the architects and team members directly reporting to me.
