May 2013 – June 2014Compile the business concept for a global MDM solution. Map the enterprise data governance and master lifecycle management business requirements to the technologies of SAP´s EIM product suite and finalizing SAP MDG as the primary platform to implement the global MDM processes. Drive critical stakeholder meetings with all business unit heads related to master data domains to gather their specific requirements. Manage a team of up to 10 resources with architects and consultants (both functional and technical). Design the SAP MDG data model for all three masters (MDG-M, MDG-S, MDG-C) in scope as per the clientrequirement. Design and configure the various validation and business rules for different master data domains in the master lifecycle with SAP BRF+ technology. Design and configure change request types, rule-based workflow, KPIs and other master data domain specifics within SAP MDG (MDG-M, MDG-S, MDG-C)
